Team Service

Full building services for more than 550 clients across six sectors. A website that explains their method to each of them, and a server with someone behind it.

Where we started

A server nobody was answering for, a website that didn't mention their certifications or their extranet, and job applicants filling in the sales form.

What we did

  • We moved the server to our managed hosting: certificates, backups, updates and security monitoring.
  • An architecture with two ways in, by service and by sector, covering six sectors without duplicating content.
  • A redesign that can be edited without touching code, integrated with their internal applications.
  • A separate “Work with us” journey, with a form connected to their recruitment platform's API.
  • Technical SEO and analytics with events on the form, phone and email; every report comes with a short list of changes.

E-commerce

Accumin Home

Accumin (formerly Tinsa), Spain's largest valuation company, sells valuations, energy certificates, land registry reports and inspections online, without a phone call.

Where we started

A regulated product the industry sold over the phone, and a first online store, from 2015, built for a single product and since outgrown.

What we did

  • A multilingual e-commerce rebuilt from scratch: self-service purchase, checkout, customer area and its own back office.
  • Orders, payments and partners synced with the client's CRM in real time.
  • Several products in the same order, each with its own rules, prices and suppliers, ready before every regulatory change.
  • Dedicated channels for real estate networks, banks and other partners.
  • A migration with the business running: the previous system kept selling in parallel until the handover.
  • Business events measured step by step, dashboards and data consent managed end to end.

Pricing engine

A custom pricing engine for a proptech: moving from a tiered rate system to a flexible one without losing traceability or price consistency across channels.

Where we started

Fixed tiered rates, the same for very different cases, and one service sold on the website, from the CRM and through partners, each channel with its own rates.

What we did

  • Prices calculated with curves and weights set by the business, instead of fixed tiers.
  • One calculation for the website, the CRM and partner channels: the price doesn't change depending on where the customer comes from.
  • Every price can be traced back to the rate and parameters that produced it.
  • Price lists for the business and an experiments phase to test changes.

How it's designed

  • Built for a single client. Its rules, its parameters and its own instance, shared with no one.
  • The business decides. The engine calculates; the curves, the weights and the final say on every price belong to the client.
  • Traceable by design. Every price is explained by the rule that produced it, so it can be reviewed afterwards.

Radar

A real estate big data web app that lets professionals and individuals generate detailed market studies of an area quickly and automatically (drawn freehand, by radius, by postcode or by census tract) for multi-family or single-family homes.

What we built, version by version

  • Radar 3.0. Monthly subscription plans and fully digital study ordering, with cross-referenced listing and valuation comparables, scatter charts by floor area, unit value and bedrooms, and automated PDF reports.
  • Radar Open Insights. With Carto, an open freemium layer for capturing leads: free queries before sign-up, with 3D visualisations, choropleth maps and interactive charts.
  • Radar 4.0. A new architecture: each study loads the essentials first and the rest arrives through asynchronous microservices. Search filters rebuilt for the new market segments, plus usability improvements.
  • Radar Go. Quick reports by location, within a 1 to 5 km radius and without drawing, for direct sales and cross-selling with valuations and the Mi Casa app, now inside the Nova platform.
